Up to now, the company has built 1 national-level intelligent manufacturing demonstration factory and 3 national-level 5G fully connected factories, and was rated as a big data application pilot demonstration project by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

At present, the automatic loading and unloading auxiliary control of the general steel bar branch workshop has been running smoothly. The accuracy of identifying the steel billets on the unloading roller table and the steel billets in the furnace has reached more than 95%. It not only shortens the time for billets to enter and exit the furnace, but also improves the billet time per unit time. The processing quantity stabilizes the rhythm of steel billets entering and exiting the furnace, and also achieves precise measurement and control, further ensuring the rolling quality of the product.
